Avio Aero, an Italian company part of GE Aerospace and a leader in the production of components and propulsion systems for civil and military aviation, has acquired 10 percent of MyPart meccanica, an emerging company specializing in the development of innovative technologies for aeronautical propulsion.
MyPart has developed an innovative manufacturing process that enables the production of aero engine blades and gas turbines with superior performance, a technology relevant to strengthening Italian technological independence in a strategic sector.
MyPart will continue to operate independently, benefiting from the collaboration with Avio Aero to accelerate its growth and bring new solutions to the market.
